Terms and Conditions for Rental Clients
1. Booking and Payment 1.0. The hourly rental fee is £40. 1.1. All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. 1.2. Full payment is required upfront to secure the booking. Until payment is received, the booking is not confirmed. 1.3. Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash on arrival. 1.4. Invoices must be settled before the commencement of the rental period.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling 2.1. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking date will receive a full refund. 2.2. Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the booking date will receive a 50% refund. 2.3. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking date are non-refundable. 2.4. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before the original booking date.
3. Use of the Space 3.1. The studio is to be used for photographic and videographic purposes only unless otherwise agreed in writing. 3.2. Clients must respect the space and leave it in the condition it was found. Any rearrangement of furniture or equipment must be returned to its original state. 3.3. The use of smoke machines, liquids, confetti, or any potentially damaging materials must be pre-approved by management. 3.4. No illegal activities or substances are allowed on the premises. 3.5. The maximum number of people in the studio must not exceed 12 persons.
4. Equipment and Damage 4.1. Clients are responsible for any damage to the studio, equipment, or props during their rental period. 4.2. Any damage must be reported immediately, and repair or replacement costs will be charged to the client. 4.3. Equipment provided by the studio must be used responsibly and returned in good condition.
5. Health and Safety 5.1. Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their team and guests. 5.2. Any accidents, injuries, or hazards must be reported to studio management immediately. 5.3. Fire exits must always be kept clear.
6. Electricity Charges 6.1. The first 10 units of electricity usage are included in the rental. 6.2. Additional electricity usage is metered and charged at £0.32 per unit. 6.2. Clients will be billed for electricity usage at the end of their rental period.
7. Liability 7.1. Robin Hood Studio is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the rental period. 7.2. Clients are encouraged to have their own insurance covering their activities within the studio.
8. Conduct and Respect 8.1. Clients and their guests must respect studio staff, neighbors, and other building occupants. 8.2. Noise levels must be kept within reasonable limits, especially outside of standard working hours. 8.3. The studio is located within a shared building. Clients must respect neighbors by keeping communal areas clear and being mindful when arriving and leaving. 8.4. Music is permitted but must be kept at a reasonable volume to avoid disturbing other occupants of the building.
9. Termination of Rental 9.1. The studio reserves the right to terminate a booking without refund if terms and conditions are breached. 9.2. Any illegal activity or misconduct will result in immediate removal from the premises.
By booking Robin Hood Studio, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or refusal of future bookings.

Terms and Conditions for Video & Photo Clients
2.1 Headshot Sessions
Robin Hood Studio provides professional headshot sessions in a relaxed and comfortable environment. By booking a headshot session with us, you agree to the following terms:
Booking & Payment
The headshot session fee is £200 per session.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your session.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be accommodated at the studio’s discretion.
Session Details
Each session lasts 1 hour and includes a variety of backgrounds and lighting set-ups.
Clients are encouraged to arrive on time to maximize their session.
Any additional time beyond the allocated session may incur extra charges.
Deliverables & Turnaround
Clients will receive 8 colour-corrected digital images in both high-resolution and web resolution formats.
Images will be delivered via a Dropbox link within 48 hours of the shoot.
Additional retouching requests beyond standard corrections may be subject to an extra fee.
Usage Rights
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, personal-use license for the images.
The studio retains the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Commercial usage beyond personal promotion (e.g., advertisements, resale) requires additional licensing and fees.
Archiving & Storage
Files are kept on disk for 1 month after the shoot date.
Online delivery links remain active for 3 months, after which they will be deleted unless an extended period is agreed upon in writing.
Liability & Disclaimer
Robin Hood Studio is not responsible for client dissatisfaction resulting from personal appearance (e.g., hair, makeup, outfit choices).
In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances preventing the completion of the session, the studio’s liability is limited to a full refund or rescheduled session.
2.2 Tabletop Video & Photo Services
Robin Hood Studio specializes in product-based video and photography content creation. By booking a tabletop video or photo session with us, you agree to the following terms:
Booking & Payment
The tabletop video & photo service is available as a £600 basic day package.
This package includes studio hire, camera equipment, lighting, and half a day of editing.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your session.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be accommodated at the studio’s discretion.
Session Details
The package includes a full day of studio time for shooting tabletop content.
Clients are encouraged to provide detailed creative direction prior to the session to ensure their vision is met.
Any additional studio time, equipment rental, or editing services beyond the package may incur extra charges.
Specific props, specialist backgrounds, or additional production elements required for the shoot must be provided by the client or will be billed separately by the studio.
Deliverables & Turnaround
Bespoke content will be delivered in digital format via a Dropbox link.
Standard turnaround time for deliverables is 5 business days from the shoot date.
Additional editing or revisions beyond the included half-day of editing may be subject to extra fees.
Usage Rights
Clients are granted a non-exclusive commercial-use license for the final delivered content.
The studio retains the copyright to all raw footage and images and may use them for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Any additional licensing or extended usage rights beyond the agreed-upon terms may require additional fees.
Archiving & Storage
Files are kept on disk for 1 month after the shoot date.
